Affiliate programme terms

In short: you introduce Kordix Studio honestly, you disclose your partnership, and you earn a commission on orders that are actually paid. Any fraud leads to suspension and cancellation of the commissions concerned.

1. The programme

The Kordix Studio affiliate programme (, , contact: ) allows content creators (YouTubers, streamers and other creators) to recommend the Studio's services in exchange for a commission. These terms supplement the terms and conditions. Participation is by application: the Studio freely accepts or declines each request.

2. Link, promo code and attribution

Each accepted affiliate receives a unique link (kordix.fr/a/identifiant) and, where applicable, a personal promo code.
An order is attributed to the affiliate if the client uses their promo code, or if the client arrived through their link and logged in for the first time within the attribution period shown in the affiliate space. In case of conflict, the promo code prevails.
The discount offered to the client and the affiliate's commission are set separately by the Studio. The Studio may change them for the future; commissions already created are not changed retroactively, except in case of fraud, cancellation or refund.

3. Commissions

The commission rate is shown in your affiliate space. It applies to the order amount after discount, excluding monthly hosting.
A commission is created as "pending" when the client signs the quote. It only becomes "validated" once the order is fully paid, the client's cancellation period has ended, and a waiting period has passed (shown in your space), to take account of cancellations, refunds and fraud.
A validated commission is then "paid" according to the terms agreed with the Studio (bank transfer or other means). You are responsible for declaring your income according to your situation (status, taxes, contributions).
A cancelled or refunded order leads to the cancellation or reduction of the corresponding commission. If the commission has already been paid, the Studio may deduct it from subsequent commissions.

4. What you commit to doing

Promote Kordix Studio honestly, without lying about the services, prices or timeframes, and without guaranteeing results that are not guaranteed.
Clearly disclose your partnership (for example "affiliate link", "partnership with Kordix Studio") whenever the law or the platform's rules require it, and use the platforms' partnership disclosure tools where they exist.
Comply with the rules of YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Discord and other platforms, as well as the rules applicable to advertising.
Only present discounts and benefits that actually exist.

5. What is forbidden

Impersonating Kordix Studio, claiming to officially represent Discord, or creating confusion with the official website (fake site, domain name or account imitating the Studio).
Using the Kordix Studio brand in a misleading way, or in paid advertising on the Studio's name without written consent.
Spam (mass private messages, repeated posts, automated comments) and fake advertising.
Using bots, scripts or services to generate clicks, visits, sign-ups or conversions.
Artificially generating sales, creating fake accounts, using multiple accounts, or placing orders for yourself (self-referral) in order to earn commissions.
Misusing promo codes (publishing on coupon sites without consent, reselling, sharing with people placing artificial orders).
Any other fraudulent or unfair method.

6. Checks and suspension

The Studio applies automatic protections (bot filtering, click deduplication, blocking of self-referral, checks on recent accounts and abnormal volumes) and may manually check any commission. In case of fraud or breach of these terms, the Studio may suspend or terminate the affiliation, deactivate the link and codes, and cancel the commissions linked to the facts in question. The affiliate is informed of the reason and may submit their observations by contacting the Studio.

7. End of the partnership

You can leave the programme at any time by contacting the Studio. The Studio may end it with reasonable notice, or without notice in case of serious breach. Validated commissions not linked to fraud remain due.

8. Personal data

The information in your application and your statistics are used to manage the programme, in accordance with the privacy policy. You never see the identity of the clients you referred: only amounts and dates.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to the mandatory legal provisions from which you benefit. In case of disagreement, we first seek an amicable solution.
